Daniels Pyne and Fried have committed to judge again in 2010. This is third BSFF for each of them and for Anne Marie Lizzi. Daniel Pyne screenwriter of the films Fracture, Manchurian Candidate, The Sum of All Fears, Any Given Sunday, White Sands, and Doc Hollywood. Daniel Fried producer of O with Josh Hartnett and Julia Stiles and Illusion starring Kirk Douglas.Aaron Lipstadt directed numerous episodes of Medium, Law and Order. Lipstadt also wrote and directed the feature City Limits, one of Kim Catrall's first films. Julia Gibson began her film career with b-movie legend Roger Corman. She was the visual FX producer on several films including: True Lies, RoboCop3, The Abyss and Teminator 3D the Ride. Larry Jackson was the Executive in Charge of Production for Mystic Pizza and Silence of the Lambs. He directed Bugs Bunny Superstar, helped plan Robert Redford's Sundance Institute and was Executive VP at Miramax Films. Nick Sagan has written for Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyager. His novels include Idlewild, Everfree and Edenborn. Anne Marie Lizzi is the editor and co-producer of Dorian Blues and The Skeptic ( starring Tim Daly-- Private Practice, Wings, and Zoe Saldana --Avatar, Star Trek). Both films were shot in part in Ballston Spa and released domestically and internationally. |
