Low cost entry fees:

$5 for students
$20 for non-students 

We want your short films --between 5 and 15 minutes in length.

1. Download our 2009 guidelines and application here.
2. Complete it and mail it in.
3. Submit your film on DVD (must play in a standard DVD player --i.e. not just a DVD rom).
   

Films suitable for all ages are preferred.
